This is an opportunity to reflect on your current situation, and build more awareness, understand where you are right now and gain clarity on what your next steps should be to move towards your goals.

Following a holistic approach, we will focus on your specific goals and explore how diet, mindset, sleep, movement, stress, work, environment and values all connect to your health and wellbeing.

What to expect
Roots.mind+body programs look at your health history, carefully assessing your diet and lifestyle, as well as other areas of your life including your career, relationships, spirituality, social life, community and environment. Taking the time to explore each of these areas brings clarity on how we are feeling. It helps us to understand the underlying root causes of many health and emotional issues. It is, in many cases, a powerful trigger for positive changes, allowing us to start to bridge the gap between the life we currently have and the one we want to live.
The bespoke coaching plans combine nutrition, physical activity, mindset, mental well-being and lifestyle strategies to work on your specific concerns and optimise your overall health, energy and well-being. We go back to the foundations of health, establish a framework and build a plan.
We look at what suits you best while aligning with your personal needs and goals so that you feel better, more confident and happier in a sustainable way.
Ongoing support, guidance and accountability will empower and help you to take action.
